What these terms cover
These terms apply to this website and its free tools, run by LRU Solution, Muscat, Oman. Paid services are covered by a separate written agreement.
The free tools are a screening aid
The reliability check and fuel calculator give you a statistical view of data you supply. They are not maintenance data, not an approved reliability programme and not engineering advice. They do not replace the judgement of your certifying staff, your continuing airworthiness organisation or your regulator's requirements. Do not make an airworthiness or operational decision on the strength of these tools alone.
Your data
You are responsible for having the right to use any file you analyse. The tools process it in your browser and do not send it to us.
No warranty
The website and tools are provided as they are. We work to keep them correct, but we do not promise that results are complete or free of error, and results depend on the quality of the data supplied.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from use of the free tools or reliance on their results.
Who may use our services
We cannot provide services to persons or organisations subject to applicable sanctions, or where doing so would break export-control or sanctions law. We may decline or end any engagement for that reason.
Our content
The text, design and software on this site belong to LRU Solution or its licensors. You may use the tools for your own organisation's internal purposes. Third-party components are listed with their licences in the site's assets.
