Who we are
This website is run by LRU Solution, Muscat, Oman. We decide how the personal data described here is used. To ask about it or to use any of your rights, write to info@lrusolution.com.
Files you analyse with the free tools
The reliability check and the fuel calculator run in your browser. The file you choose and the numbers you type are not sent to us and we never hold them.
What we collect
When you send us a form
Your name, work email, company, role, country, fleet size and message, as you give them. We use these to reply, to prepare for a conversation with you, and to check that we are legally allowed to work with your organisation.
If you accept our cookie
We set one cookie containing a random identifier. With it we record the pages you open on this site, the buttons and tools you use, the website that referred you, any campaign tag in the link you followed, and whether you are on a phone or a computer. If you later send us a form, we link this history to your contact details so we understand what you were interested in.
We do not record your IP address in this history, we do not build a profile across other websites, and we do not use advertising or analytics services from other companies.
If you don't accept it
No cookie is set and none of the history above is recorded. If your browser sends a "do not track" or Global Privacy Control signal we treat that as a refusal. We remember your choice in your browser's local storage so we don't ask on every page.
Server logs
Like any web server, ours keeps a technical log of requests: IP address, time, the page requested and browser type. We use it to keep the site secure and working. These logs are deleted after 14 days.
How long we keep it
- Browsing history linked to a cookie: 400 days, then deleted automatically.
- Contact details and our notes: for as long as we are in contact, and deleted on request.
Who sees it
Our own team. The website and its database run on a server we rent from a cloud hosting provider, which stores the data on our behalf. We do not sell personal data or pass it to anyone for their own use.
Your rights
You can ask us what we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, and withdraw your consent at any time. Use the "Cookie choice" link at the foot of any page to change your cookie decision. For anything else, email info@lrusolution.com. We answer within 30 days. You also have the right to complain to the data protection authority where you live.
Changes
If we change this policy we will post the new version here with a new date.
