How we handle your data
Technical logs and flight data are sensitive. This page says plainly what happens to them, including the things we don't have in place yet.
Your file never leaves your computer
The reliability check is a program that runs inside your browser tab. Your file is read from your disk into the tab's memory, analysed there, and gone when you close the tab.
Nothing is uploaded
No row, no registration, no total and no result is sent to our server or anyone else's. The page loads no code from third parties.
You can check it
Load the page, then disconnect from the internet and run the check: it still works. Or open your browser's developer tools and watch the Network tab while it runs.
What we do see
If you accepted our cookie, we record that the tool was used and whether it was with sample data or your own file. Nothing about what was in it.
What the platform keeps, and how
The platform stores the records you import, because every rate, alert and action is worked out from them again after each import. This is how they're handled.
Only the columns it needs
Files are read in your browser. Only the columns you map reach the server, and every import can be undone, which removes every row it added.
Each airline on its own
Each airline's records sit in its own account and are never combined with another airline's. Owners, engineers and viewers see only their airline.
No crew names
The platform has no field for a crew member's name, so none is ever imported. Fuel is analysed by aircraft and route.
Your data is yours
We don't sell it or share it. When you leave, we delete it and confirm in writing.
Locked down
Hashed passwords of 12 characters or more, 12-hour sessions, protection against cross-site requests, rate-limited sign-in, an audit log of sign-ins, imports and changes, a strict content policy with no third-party requests, and nightly backups.
Your cloud, if you prefer
If your data can't leave your organisation, the same system installs in your own cloud account or on your own servers, and we never hold a copy.
Off until you switch it on
Every alert, action and figure comes from statistics run on the platform itself. Generative AI is an optional writing aid: drafting a note or the report summary, proposing defect codes, answering a question about a page. It stays off until an owner at your airline switches it on.
When it's on, the platform sends the figures and evidence for the item in question, the page's text for a question, or defect texts for coding to Anthropic's Claude API. Never passwords, user names or another airline's data. Every AI text is labelled as a draft to check, and the model is told never to give an airworthiness decision.
Certifications
We do not hold ISO 27001 or SOC 2 certification today. We would rather say so here than let you assume it. If your procurement process requires one, tell us at the start: running the platform inside your own cloud usually removes the requirement, because your data never reaches us.
What we can give you now: a written description of how the system handles data, a data processing agreement, and answers to your security questionnaire from the engineers who built it.
