Fleet Intelligence · How we work together
From a first look to a monthly routine
Seven steps, each with what you do, what we do, and what you get. Nothing is asked of you before you've seen something useful from your own data.
-
01
Look around
Today, no account- You
- Run the free reliability check on your technical log, try the fuel calculator, and look through the demo.
- We
- Nothing. Both tools run in your browser and your file never leaves your computer.
- You get
- The aircraft carrying more than their share of defects, and the faults that keep coming back, in a few seconds.
-
02
Get in touch
One form- You
- Tell us who you are, your fleet, and what you'd like: a review, a trial or a question.
- We
- Reply within two working days, and check your organisation against international sanctions lists. We can't work with listed organisations.
- You get
- A time for a review call.
-
03
Review call
30 minutes- You
- Bring your check results, your last reliability report, or a cost figure you're unsure of.
- We
- An aircraft engineer goes through them with you, shows the platform on the demo airline, and tells you honestly whether it would add anything for your fleet.
- You get
- A clear answer, and the list of exports a trial would need.
-
04
Trial on your own data
30 days- You
- Create your airline's account on the sign-up page, or use the invitation we send you, and invite your team. Your engineers import the exports — aircraft, utilisation, technical log, removals, then the rest — and enter your costs and your programme's rules. Getting your data in shows how.
- We
- Activate the account as soon as screening is clear, and join the first import.
- You get
- All three products on your fleet: Reliability, Fuel and Parts.
-
05
Your first report and actions
As soon as the files are in- You
- Open the action list, give the first items an owner and a date, and print the reliability report for the last period.
- We
- Walk your reliability engineer and technical director through what the platform found.
- You get
- A ranked list of what to do across reliability, fuel and parts, with the money at stake, and a programme report ready to sign.
-
06
Decide
End of the trial- You
- Decide whether to continue. If not, you stop there.
- We
- Send a proposal at one price per aircraft, a data processing agreement, and the choice of where it runs: our cloud, your cloud, or your own servers.
- You get
- The platform on your terms, with nothing lost from the trial.
-
07
Every month
The routine- You
- Import the month's exports. Work the actions. Print and sign the report.
- We
- Keep the rules current and stay on hand for questions about the figures.
- You get
- Actions recalculated with your decisions kept, items resolved when the data shows the problem has gone, and the money at stake followed month by month.
Who's involved
Small on your side
Reliability engineer
Owns the platform
Imports the exports, works the actions and prints the report. Usually the person who builds the report by hand today.
Technical director
Reads and decides
Reviews the actions with money at stake and signs the report.
Flight operations
Joins for fuel
Reviews the fuel actions: aircraft burning more, and fuel carried home.
