Questions

Before you ask

Can we buy only Reliability, or only Fuel?

No, and you don't need to. One price covers all three, because they work from the same records: the technical log and removals behind your reliability report are the same ones that find the part numbers to change and the maintenance that changed fuel burn. Each product switches on as soon as its data is in.

What does "early access" mean?

Fleet Intelligence is new. Early-access airlines work directly with the engineers who built it, and what they need shapes what comes next.

What happens in the 30-day trial?

You create your airline's account on the sign-up page, or we invite you, and we activate it once screening is clear. Your engineers import the exports, enter your costs and your programme's rules, and see the action list and the reliability report on your own fleet. We walk your team through what it found. If it isn't useful, you stop there. Every step, in order.

What do you need from us?

Four exports give you the reliability report: the aircraft list, utilisation, the technical log and component removals. Delays, the part catalogue, engine data and flights with fuel burn switch on the rest. Excel or CSV from the systems you already have; no integration work. Getting your data in shows each file.

Is it really AI?

The findings come from statistics and models run on your own records: alert levels, Poisson and binomial tests, Weibull life analysis, and a regression model of what each flight should have burned. That's deliberate: the same data always gives the same answer, and every figure can be traced to the records behind it. Generative AI is an optional writing aid on top, labelled as a draft every time. Where AI fits.

Why is there a minimum?

Setting up a fleet takes the same engineering time whether it has three aircraft or ten. The minimum of $1,000 a month covers fleets of up to 10 aircraft.

Can it run inside our own cloud?

Yes. For airlines that can't send data outside, the same system installs in your own cloud account or on your own servers. That is quoted separately because the setup differs for each airline.

Who can you work with?

Airlines and operators we are legally allowed to serve. We screen every new customer against international sanctions lists before a trial starts, and we can't work with listed organisations.
